Positioned on what is quickly becoming one of Canggu's busiest streets, once you step through the front door and into Milu, all the stress of Bali's busy and frantic stress is instantly put aside. Since it opened it's doors almost 12 months ago, Milu restaurant has been on high rotation on my weekly cafe eats.
Nestled in amongst a tropical garden, looking out over working rice paddies, you can sit here for hours letting the cool(er) breeze blow through the open restaurant while sipping freshly squeezed juice and thirst-quenching Jamu. Hey you can even do your holiday shopping while you're here! Milu also has a cafe boutique, housing a lovely selection of Bali-style homewares & accessories to take a little slice of the island back home with you.
Their large menu consists of delicious treats for everyones taste buds. From local indonesian Currys & Nasi Campur to Smoothie Bowls & Kombucha, Milu makes for the perfect lunch or dinner date when you're after a salad and your man friend is after something more hearty (I know this all too well)!
Laden with delicious vegetarian options, my personal favourite dish that I struggle to look past is their 'Teriyaki Tofu'. No one else quite does Tofu like it!
Heading to Milu for Breakfast? Choose their Green Smoothie Bowl for a healthy morning wake-up, ready for a fun day in the Bali heat ahead. Trust me, you won't regret it.
If you've got a holiday planned in Bali, make sure Milu makes your 'Must Eats' for at least one meal while you are here - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner they have got you covered.
