Bali Best Eats : Synkonah, Canggu

Synkonah may be new to the Canggu foodie scene (Opened in Dec 2018) but the team behind this delicious ‘Gin Joint’ are long-time gamers & know exactly what they’re doing. Funky Mediterranean inspired design, plush corner couches, an 80’s style bar leaner & cosy corners for a romantic night out, Synkonah has an offering for all. (In fact we fell in love with it so much we shot our new APERITIVO lookbook there launching next month!)

With new places popping up in Canggu literally every single week it’s often hard to keep up & try them all out and keep loyalty… but Synokah is one that is an absolute MUST try and one that keeps me coming back week after week.

From their absolutely divine cocktails (Best Espresso Martini going around town) to their slow cooked vegetable Tagine to their fresh & oh so flavorsome falafel, I literally can’t say a bad word about this place. Did I mention they make the best Mushroom Gnocchi I have ever eaten?! 

I have eaten their entire vegetarian offerings (more than once…) and can recommend them all. Each dish is so beautifully thought out with unique flavourings, it’s rude not to get stuck in & try them all. Synkonah makes for the perfect place to bring friends to share, sit back on a few delicious fresh Gin’s & watch the busy life of berawa pass you by.

With no leaf left unturned from the Décor to the impeccable tasty morsels of Mediterranean inspired cuisine to the crisp Gin pours, Synkonah is an absolute must on a taste tour of Bali and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
