Bali Best Eats: The Shady Shack - Luna & Rose

Sourced over many lunch & dinner dates with friends over the past 4 years, we look forward to sharing our best eats on the island of Bali with you. Each week (or so...Island time remember?) we will bring to you a new delicious offering to try on your next visit to the island.

First up we have The Shady Shack. If it's name isn't luring enough we can guarantee that the lush garden setting itself will have you coming back for more. Sister to Beatlenut and located just over the rice paddy from her, the Shady shack offers clean vegetarian delights for everyone to enjoy. My personal favourite are their 'Bowls' full of fresh greens & fun toppings, often infused with a 'cultural' taste. My favourite is the 'Nori Bowl' which has a Japanese infused offering and a delicious tahini/miso dressing....! Sweet stuff more your thing? Try their epic selection of raw healthy treats in their cabinets. These change daily so there's no excuses to say no! (Very clever Shady shack, verrrryyy clever!)

Located behind Deus & very near Echo Beach, ask a 'local' to point you in the right direction and I promise you will not be disappointed!
