Our Bali Best Eats series of blog posts gives you a little heads up on where we're currently crushing, where you will most likely find us working annnddd what food we can't go a week without ( we are so incredibly spoilt - I know!) Today in the spotlight is one of my long-time personal favourites just down the road from us.
Serving up one of my favourite coffee’s in Berawa, canggu, Two Trees Eatery is where you will most likely find me on Sunday morning perched up on their open window bar either booking flights or busying myself making lists for the weeks tasks ahead (Boring I know…let’s roll with option 1) Bright, light and airy, sitting at Two Trees eatery almost feels like you are in your own (albeit very busy) home.
This busy café come dinner spot popped onto the Berawa scene around 3 years ago and has always had a warm, comfortable and welcoming feel to it…. Hence they keep me coming back - oh, yeah, and their perfect coffee’s might be something to do with that too!
Owned by a very lovely French lady, you will most likely have the chance to meet the owner who roams the café making sure you are happy & enjoying your time in her little ‘Two Tree’s paradise.
I personally LOVE their ‘Let us Falafel’ salad - fresh, delicious and served with juicy dipping sauces. When I’m feeling hungry I find it hard to go past the Sweet Potato Gnocchi or the Nori Burrito… And of course, never without a side of the Sweet Potato Fries.
Can’t decide what to order? Go for the triple up – Dirty Chai for your coffee/Chai fix, The Green Fields smoothie and Not a Nacho’s… just to even it out. Trust me, the Nacho’s are EPIC.
Be sure to get TWO TREES EATERY on your list of ‘Must eats’ when you’re next checking our Canggu, it’s in the more favoured ‘Quiet’ area of Berawa Beach
PS. The super cute décor will make you want to go home, buy new lights, install 79 shelves and buy up your local plant store. Just sayin’....
