ABOUT THIS PIECE

A wide-brimmed bucket hat made for all your adventures! Made from natural Linen fabric, keeping your head cool as a cucumber in the hot Summers heat. The stiffness of the brim allows for this bucket hat to be flipped up or down depending on your style. Secure this bad boy to your head by tying the 2 neckties in a bow or leave them hanging loose for a cute & casual look. A bucket hat designed for any adventure, don't you think?

Our Ocean Blue colourway has been dyed with our Organic Plant Dyes - Yay for no toxins on your noggin!

Please note that each batch of our plant dyes can vary slightly in the finished colour, please keep this in mind if you are buying a matching set. Our Organic Cotton Tee's also dye slightly darker than our linen (Different plants, different behaviour!).

MEASUREMENTS
Getting the correct fit for a hat can be tricky as everyone likes to wear their hat differently. 'Correct' Hat fit is entirely a matter of personal preference and whatever feels best for you & your head. A tighter fitting hat stays on better for people who are active ie. A festival or day at the beach (Your hat will also sit slightly higher on your head.) Whereas a looser fitting hat is more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time (4+ hours) and will sit lower on your head.
We recommend measuring the widest part of your head (1cm above your eyebrow) around your head circumference and checking it against our measurements below. Please remember that these hats are made from Linen fabric and do have some 'give' over time. If your hat is a little too tight, you are able to stretch it up to 0.5cm in circumference by placing a larger object inside the hat & leaving it for a few hours. If you purchase your hat and it's too big, you can also SLIGHTLY shrink it by googling 'How to shrink Linen fabric'. We don't recommend this however it is an option to get a few mm's smaller!
Please check your own measurements against the below style guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size for your desired fit. All measurements are in cm's:

Brim Width 10cm 10cm
Internal Hat Radius 59cm 61cm

OUR CLOTHING DESIGN PROCESS

Our clothing is thoughtfully crafted using sustainable materials and ethical practices, ensuring both style and a positive impact on the planet.

DESIGN

Every piece of clothing begins with a thoughtful design, often inspired by nature & travel.

Luna & Rose Founder, Rosie, spends hours sketching her ideas, sourcing Natural fabrics, Designing prints, carefully crafting each garment & curating collections that are timeless, easy to wear & easy on the Earth.

DEVELOPMENT

Using traditional techniques, our skilled tailors bring Rosie's sketches to life, carefully selecting fabrics, trims & crafting perfect patterns to create her unique designs into 3D form.

This thoughtful process can take time to perfect (months!), ensuring every detail aligns with her vision, from the cut to the stitching, natural dye colours, fabrics & fit.

SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION

Once the design development has been finalised, our skilled artisans start to make our designs in multiple sizes & colourways for our global customers.

In keeping in line with our sustainable values, we only ever produce in small numbers (Which means we often sell out) & always have the capability to place re-orders on popular styles as well as a made-to-order service for our customers.

Every garment deserves the care that preserves its beauty
