Why We’re Asking

Because motherhood isn’t one story. It’s thousands of different experiences, layered, emotional, complex.

For some, the hardest part is the loss of self.
For others, it’s the constant mental load, never truly switching off.

It can be:

• The exhaustion that no one quite prepares you for

• The guilt, no matter what you do, it never feels like enough

• The shift in identity, relationships, and independence

• The loneliness, even when you’re never alone

• The pressure to “get it right”

• The fear that comes with loving someone so deeply
