This International Women’s Day, we continue our celebration of women who are shaping their worlds in their own way.
Women who lead.
Women whose strength isn’t always loud but deeply rooted.
Each story is different. Each journey is personal. Yet what connects them is something powerful: the courage to keep showing up. To evolve. To trust themselves through change.
Through these conversations, we honour the resilience built through lived experience. The quiet determination behind every new chapter. The softness that coexists with strength.
This is more than a moment, it’s a celebration of women.
And of the many ways strength can look.
Meet Carlotta

There is a quiet strength in the way Carlotta moves through the world.
As a yoga and pilates teacher and the founder of her own studio, her work is rooted in presence. In breath. In alignment not just of the body, but of the mind and spirit. She creates spaces where women can slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.
For Carlotta, movement isn’t about performance. It’s about awareness.
Through years of practice and teaching, she has learned that strength doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. That softness and discipline can exist together. That balance is something we actively choose, again and again.
Her journey is one of devotion to her craft, to her community, and to her own growth. Of holding space for others while continuing to evolve within herself.
The pieces she wears reflect that same intention. Subtle. Grounded. Timeless. Jewellery that feels effortless yet meaningful, something she can move in, teach in, live in.
Because for Carlotta, what she wears is an extension of how she lives: consciously, gracefully, and with purpose.

In her own words
We asked Carlotta what being a woman means to her, and who’s her inspiration…
Can you introduce yourself?
“I’m Carlotta, I’m from Italy, I’m 46 years old, I’ve been living in Bali for the last 15 years, And I’ve been teaching yoga here for the last 15 years as well.”
In 3 words how would you describe women?
“I would say strong, intuitive and resilient.”
What does empowerment look like to you at this stage of your life?
“It looks like you need to always keep yourself up and strong.”
Who’s the woman that inspires you?
“For sure, it has always been my mom. She has always been a great inspiration as we grew up without a father. She's always been strong and present and I’m so grateful to have her. She's like a fighter, she’s a warrior.
But for sure I also admire Madonna, and Britney Spears, they have been part of life !!”
What Jewellery Represents for Carlotta
For Carlotta, jewellery is never just decorative.
It’s intentional.
In a life centred around movement and mindfulness, what she chooses to wear must feel aligned. Nothing excessive. Nothing distracting.
Jewellery, for her, is symbolic.
A reminder of balance. Of strength held softly. Of the discipline it takes to build something of your own, and the grace required to sustain it.
As a studio founder, teacher, and space-holder, she gives a lot of herself to others. The pieces she wears become something personal, a subtle ritual before stepping into class. A small moment of connection to herself before holding space for everyone else.
They move with her. They breathe with her. They don’t overpower, they complement.

Because when your life is rooted in intention, even the smallest details matter.
And sometimes, a single piece worn daily can become a quiet symbol of everything you stand for: presence, resilience, and the courage to build a life aligned with who you truly are.
