9KT SOLID GOLD St Vincent De Paul - Patron Saint of Charity & Giving Back Necklace

Description
Heard of this guy before? It’s for great reason… Saint. Vincent de Paul, was a French Saint, and was recognized globally for his charity work and compassion for the poor.
Early in life he was allegedly captured at sea by pirates and sold as a slave but eventually escaped and headed to Rome to study.
Post studying, St Vincent De Paul was a minister to the wealthy and powerful. His passion was to help feed and nursed the sick & poor. He was most inspired to work with the marginalised and powerless and those who needed his help Through his connections to financial wealth, he helped set up charities to help support his work. Vincent urged his followers to bring justice and love to all people, especially those who were unable to live a full life through body and sickness limitations.
St Vincent’s passion and determination to charitable assistance led to what is now, the Saint Vincent De Paul societies across the globe that continue to this day to help those who are less fortunate.
What an absolute legend, cheers Vincent De Paul!
His special day is celebrated on September 27 each year.

For all of our Solid Gold Necklaces, you can choose between 18", 20", or 23" chain lengths at no extra cost.
To clarify, our 18” chain is crafted from our delicate fine chain, while the 20” and 23” chains are made from our slightly heavier everyday chain—both featuring the same classic curb chain design.
To find your perfect fit, we suggest using a piece of string or a measuring tape to see where you’d like your necklace to sit. As a general guide:
- A 23” chain sits around or just above the nipple line.
- A 16” chain rests at the top of the collarbone.
We love layering necklaces, and we’re pretty sure you do too! That’s why all of our chains come with a 2-inch adjustable length, allowing you to mix and match effortlessly with your jewellery collection.
JEWELRY MAKING PROCESS
Our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted using sustainable materials and ethical practices, ensuring both beauty and a positive impact on the planet.

DESIGN
Every piece begins with a thoughtful design, often inspired by nature & travel.
Luna & Rose Founder Rosie, spends hours sketching her thoughts & ideas to bring her unique jewelry concepts to life. This is a process that is constantly 'in progress' as she doesnt focus on traditional seasons of fashion.

WAX
Using traditional wax carving techniques, our talented Wax-smiths carve Rosie's 2D designs into 3D wax forms. This is a fascinating process that can take weeks in itself to perfect the shapes & intricate details of the hand-drawn designs.
Made is our head Wax carver who we have been working with for over 7 years!

SILVERSMITH
Once the wax form has been finalised & set into a master mould, our skilled Goldsmiths & Silversmiths handcraft each piece with precision, refining & polishing the solid metal to create timeless, high-quality jewelry.
Depending on the style & Metal, our production process is done in Bali & New Zealand.
