Over the past 11 years based in Canggu, I have watched with my very eyes the Fitness Craze come in HOT. 6 years ago I used to drive 25 minutes each way to Seminyak to get to a Gym class, now there is 25 Gyms within 5 minutes of my villa.

So, I thought it would be fun to also share some of my favorite fitness spots in Canggu. This little slice of paradise isn’t just known for its beaches and chill vibes, it’s also the perfect place to stay fit and healthy. 

Ever found yourself intrigued by the mesmerizing symbol of the so called ‘Evil eye’? Or perhaps wondered why it is used to decorate, adorn and display on objects across the world!? From India to the USA, Indonesia and New Zealand we have encountered the ‘Evil eye’ icon in an array of places such as adorning a necklace, hanging on a keychain, inscribed in pots and even on a wall of a cozy café in the back streets of India! 

So, what exactly is the Evil Eye, and why does it continue to show up in so many places?

For this months 'Women in Business in Bali' we thought there was no better human to chat to than our female founder of Luna & Rose, Rosie Shelton. I get messages almost every day asking for recommendations of where to eat in Canggu so I thought I would put together a list of my personal favourites.
