    For all orders over $150 AU, Regular shipping is Free! Regular Shipping takes around 15-25 working days for delivery once dispatched.

    Express Shipping in complimentary on all orders over $250 AU and takes around 4-7 days once dispatched.

    You also have the option to upgrade to our Express DHL/FEDEX Express shipping option which takes 4-7 days for delivery and is $35.

    SHIPPING INFO

    Once your order has been received, please allow 1-2 working days for packing and dispatch. We are a small team and work as fast as we can to get your order sent from our office in Bali.

    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information or be informed if any delays are apparent. 

    As we all know, postal services have their bad days too. Therefore, the above shipping times are an indication only and Luna & Rose will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods. Delay in delivery times may occur around busy periods such as Christmas and global public holidays which we can not be held accountable for. We suggest you place your order online with a large amount of time to be allocated for delivery.

    If it has been over 27 working days since you have received your shipping email, please take your tracking number into your local post office and check for an update with them. This is the quickest way to get an answer for a delivery date for your package.

    We are proud to state that we have a 99.8% success rate on parcel deliveries, so don't fear. Please also be aware that we can only ship on working days (Monday – Friday). Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected, by placing your order via our website you are agreeing to our shipping standard and procedure listed here.

    It is important to note that Luna & Rose generally does not post to PO Box addresses. We suggest using a work address or friend’s address to ensure your package arrives safely and securely. If you leave a PO BOX address at the checkout, this will cause delays in dispatch as we then have to email and request a new address for you.

    Please note that some items are specifically made to order and therefore may take up to two weeks to be completed. If this is the case, we will let you know via email shortly after you place your order with us. Of course we will try our best to get this item to you as soon as humanly possible.

    Once you have placed your order and payment has been cleared, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. It is important to keep note of this for your future reference in case the item is faulty or you change your mind and the need arises to return it. If you have not received this, please email us and we can fix your email address in our system to re-send to you.

    SHIPPING FAQ

    Once Luna & Rose has packaged and dispatched your order, we work with third party shipping companies to deliver your package to you wherever you are in the world. Post Haste will deliver all NZ orders and, depending on which shipping option you selected at the checkout, either DHL & EMS (your national post network) will be responsible for delivering all international packages outside of New Zealand. 

    If you check your tracking email, you will be able to directly click on the link to see the latest scans for your package. Once your package arrives into your country, you can also give this tracking number to your national postal service for updates within their network also. 

    Once items have been shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds or replacements will not be given for products that are missing, stolen or damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to liaise with relevant postal service

    Once dispatched, you will be sent an email from Luna & Rose with your tracking number and a link to click to track the status of your order and estimated delivery. With this link you are free to track your parcel at your own convenience, at any time using the online tracking service.

    We highly reccommend selecting our DHL Express shipping service as they keep their tracking up to date every day + you can sign up for text and email notifications so you never miss a movement!

    If you are in New Zealand, please allow 4 working days since your order was dispatched for the delivery of your order. If you are outside of New Zealand, please allow up to 28 working days for the delivery of your item from the dispatch date.

    Alternatively, please contact the shipping provider directly (Either DHL or your national shipping company). You can find this on your shipping confirmation email, depending on which shipping option you selected at the checkout. Contacting us directly about your tracking will only take more time, as you know - we’re not the shipping company. 

    Please allow 1-2 days working days for the packing and dispatch of your order. From there, it’s out in the big wide world and you can track your package via the tracking number we have sent it on.

    If you are desperate or in a hurry to receive your package, please select our speedy DHL tracked shipping service.

    In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Luna & Rose will either replace or refund the item.

    However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, Luna & Rose is no longer liable. Please contact us within twenty one days from confirmation of dispatch to claim insurance on the item. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost or damaged and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch.

    Once we have this information we will lodge an investigation with our shipping partner to find out more information around the package. Please allow time for them to investigate.

    If an item arrives to you in a damaged condition, we will require it to be returned to us in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.  We will then investigate the issue with the courier or third parties involved and replace your item free of charge.
