Next minute, we're chatting all things island life from tropical afternoons on Hamilton Island to working the seasons on Rottnest Island - we found our match!

Before we get the good stuff, where do you currently live?
I’m living on a small island 30 minutes off the Coast of Perth in Australia. Rottnest Island! Its a 22km to ride around the whole island (Oh, and there are no cars here so we get around the good old fashioned way).
Best café to hit up on Saturday morning in your neck of the woods?
Being on an island there are very limited choices for breakfast, but The Lane café does the best coffee in the world, hands down!
Followed by your favorite local beach?
Pretty spoilt for choices here with 62 different beaches on the island, but my favorite is about a 15 minute ride from my house called Parker Point, the water is like nothing else I’ve ever seen and there are always Pelicans around.
If you could only take 1 item to the beach, what’s not missing out on the trip?
Easy, Coconut oil.
Speaking of trips, ideal long weekend trip in your area?
Margaret River, down the coast of Western Australia. It has the most stunning beaches surrounded by cliffs, epic surf and soo many wineries to choose from hahah!
My closest group of girlfriends! I wish this was the part where I could say my dog, but sadly she’s back at home in Queensland.
What are you taking?
Multiple bikinis, my surfboard, diving gear, a speaker- and id like to think a towel, but as per usual ill probably forget it and become a crumbed sausage on the beach.
When it’s time to break to routine & escape for a holiday, what’s the raddest holiday destination you have been to?
The Philippines was EPIC! I cant talk highly enough about it. Firstly I went to Oslob, Cebu where I went diving with whale sharks, swimming with millions of sardines, and going canyoneering at the most insane tropical waterfalls. I then flew to Siargao Island, which is known for its surf! We got to hang out with the locals all day long, waking up and having fresh Acai bowls, surfing and island hopping, and then sitting down to a fresh cooked fish wrapped in banana leaves on the beach for sunset. Oh, and the coconuts in the Philippines are unbeatable!
Sunshine, good hearty laughs, sunsets and delicious food is usually enough but what else made it so epic?
Being blissfully sunburnt, surrounded by my closest friends, having just jumped out of the water after catching crayfish for dinner, and obviously Champagne!
Weird question, but we love food and love to find out other peoples go-to’s (It inspires us to branch out!) What’s your favourite snack, the one that breaks your heart when you find out its not in stock?
Smoked salmon is the key to my heart. Seriously, I can and will eat smoked salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, one of my favorite snacks right now is cutting the cheeks from a mango, putting a stick down the middle and freezing it- the most delicious popsicle you’ll ever have!
