    Nope, that wasn’t a typo. All of our jewellery is lovingly crafted from certified recycled sterling silver, processed in Thailand from scrap metal, old computer parts and forgotten jewellery. Pretty rad huh? The silver is extracted, purified, cleaned and reborn into our 100% Sterling Silver. We then combine it with an alloy, as you gotta have a little something to keep it strong ya dig. 

    Luna & Rose was lovingly forged in 2014, with the goal of designing a collection of accessories that have minimal impact on the environment, uplift the community where they are crafted and become a shiny symbol of conscious consumption doned by like-minded ladies (aka magpies) around the globe.

    CLOSE THE LOOP

    To close off the loop, we recycle any old stock, faulty pieces, broken chains or missing earrings into new designs, which means there is literally zero waste. Zilch, nill, sweet Fanny Adams. Just gaze into the sky and imagine if every fashion label followed suit. 

     *Quick note, some of our finer chains are not currently processed from recycled sterling silver as we continue the hunt for a supplier who will offer this to us in the not too distant future.

    Our beloved Golden Giveback Project is where we get to invite you to be apart of our production.

    At least once per year we open up our mailboxes to receive your old Brass, Silver & Gold jewellery so that you too can join our loop.

    From here, we melt down, refine & recycle your old jewellery into their original metals & in return, you get given 'Giveback Vouchers' to spend in our online store - Win Win!

    It's only open for 6 weeks at a time & we launch it via email & instagram so be sure to be following us to know when it's next up & running.
