Our Del Carmen textured twisted hoops were inspired by the beautiful and detailed garments worn by our collection muse Frida Kahlo. Never one to bore us in her fashion style, the attention to detail through the clothing and accessories worn by Frida Kahlo, as depicted through her self-portrait artworks is something to write home about. From hair braids woven with lively flowers to hand carved leather belts to layers of jewellery through to her embroidered boots. Much like the artwork of her style, our Del Carmen Hoops earrings literally took weeks to carve to perfection, much like the styling and beautiful artworks of Frida Kahlo herself.
