Whether your medallion has lost its shine or your ring is looking a little tired, we’re here to bring them back to their original glow.

HOW IT WORKS
MAKE SUSTAINABLE CHOICES
RE-PLATING SERVICE
STEP 1. SELECT YOUR JEWELLERY
Choose the piece(s) that needs a little love – maybe they're tarnished, faded, or just ready for a refresh.
This service is available for all Luna & Rose jewellery (Sorry, not other brands at this moment in time).
STEP 2. FILL OUT THE FORM
Register your item(s) using the quick form below so we know what to expect.
Once completed, we’ll send you your unique Re-Plating Number.
STEP 3. SHIP YOUR JEWELLERY
- Carefully package your piece to ship it back to us. Be sure to include your Re-Plating Number inside the package so we know which pieces belong to you!
- Ship your items for re-plating to the address provided in your confirmation email.
- Once we receive it, we’ll be in touch to confirm & place it in our re-plating production line.
Our re-plating service takes approximately 8–12 weeks.
STEP 4. PAYMENT
Once we recieve your package with your piece(s) for re-plating, we will process an invoice for you to make payment directly.
Once payment has been received, we will hand over your items to our Artisans & they will be placed in our production order to be polished, cleaned & brought back to life.
We appreciate a speedy payment so that your items can be processed as quickly as possible.
STEP 5. THE MAGIC BEGINS
Once payment has been made, our team clean, polish, prepare & re-plate your item(s) in our workshop.
The process takes up to 8–12 weeks as it fits in alongside our usual production process. (Thank you in advance for your patience)
STEP 6. FRESH NEW JEWELRY
Wallah! Once your items are looking Spick & Span, we will ship back your piece(s) to you at the address listed on your original submission form.
Your jewellery will come back to you glowing & full of new energy – ready for the next chapter of adventures!

If you are in Bali, once you have filled out the online here, you can deliver your items for re-plating directly into our store.
