Cecilia, you're breaking my heart, you're shaking my confidence daily...
Thus sang Simon and Garfunkel on their 1970 hit. But what you might not know is that rather than a temperamental lover, they were in fact singing about Saint Cecilia – the patroness aka Lady Saint of music and musicians!
Cecelia was a talented musician, specifically a singer in which she used her voice to communicate and process emotions.
Today, St Cecilia is honoured and celebrated for her strength through voice & music. She is often depicted in paintings with a stringed instrument or Cello, honouring her talent and connection to sound that she shared through her musical talents. Without Music, our lives would no doubtedly be a much less exciting place to live, enjoy and celebrate life.
Wear your St Cecilia pendant as a connection to the world of music and help find your ‘voice’ when things get a little sticky. St Cecilia continues to be a powerful symbol in art and music in modern day, just as Simon & Garfunkel has shown in their hit.

There’s nothing worse than receiving your Luna & Rose package in the mail only to realise that your new favourite piece doesn’t quite fit. Well, there’s global warming and unethical working conditions, but you know we mean. Fear not, we are here to help dwindle that chance.
Check out the below size guide for our clothing, necklaces and ring sizes. If you still have a specific size or style enquiry, please email us through our contact page to reach out to our team who will get back to you within forty eight hours. We love hearing from you and are more than happy to get you into the right fit.
To help ensure you purchase the correct size for your beautiful bod, each of our products have the measurements of the model, the size she is wearing as well as the corresponding garment measurements. It’s a great idea to check these against your own measurements to get a feel for where you sit in our size offering.
Below is a list of our garment sizes that we use across our production teams.
AUS | US | EURO | BUST | WAIST | HIPS | |
XS | 8 | 4 | 34 | 81-83cm | 63-65cm | 87-89cm |
S | 10 | 6 | 36 | 85-87cm | 67-70cm | 92-94cm |
M | 12 | 8 | 38 | 91-93cm | 73-75cm | 97-99cm |
L | 14 | 10 | 40 | 96-98cm | 78-80cm | 102-104cm |

Luna & Rose necklaces come in a variety of lengths from 18 inch to 23. Our 18 inch chain necklace is made from our fine chain, with the 20 and 23 inch length chains in an 'everyday chain’. These are technically the same ‘curb’ chain design, just slightly heavier in weight for the longer lengths.
For a rough guide, as we all have different but equally amazing bodies, the 23 inch chain sits around or just above your nipple line. You can work back from there. Try getting a piece of string and measuring it out to check where these lengths would sit and the perfect one for you.
We're big fans of layering necklaces and we’re pretty sure you are too. All of our chains are adjustable in length by 2 inches to make sure you can style your layers to perfection and mix them up with other pieces in your jewellery wardrobe.
Although all necklaces are adjustable, for the perfect layered look we suggest that you purchase your necklaces on different length chains. This way you get to see the beauty of both pendants and there's less chance of the pendants scratching against each other. We also personally like wearing the smallest pendant on the shorter length and the larger heavier pendants longer. That's just our personal choice though, ultimately you get to decide how you style your pieces.
Rings, a very tricky one to get right with sizing, but we are here to help. Different countries have different methods, but because most of the world goes by ‘number sizing’ and we sell our goodies around the globe, it made the most sense.
The most common ring size for ladies is a size 7 and size 10 for men. If you are unsure of your size, you can measure the inner diameter of one of your own rings and refer to the below measurements. Please also note that if you are ordering a wide band ring, it's usually a good idea to go up a size.
US SIZING | UK SIZING | Inner Diameter (in mm) | Notes |
Size 4 | H 1/2 | 14.9mm | Pinky Size |
Size 5 | J 1/2 | 15.7mm | Pinky Size |

Size 7 | N, O | 17.3mm | |
Size 8 | P, Q | 18.1mm | |
Size 9 | R, S | 18.9mm | |
