Tangy, Fresh & oh so cleansing. Munching away on this Green Pea salad feels good for the soul & light on the belly rather than the hefty weight we can often feel when we overindulge at this time of year! The mix of Tangy Feta, Fresh Mint, Crunchy Peas & a zesty lemon dressing... This Salad is the perfect accompiant to a Summer BBQ, Christmas Meat-festival and a good old go-to when you're feeling like you need to get some greens in you!

As a Vegetarian, Christmas day can be a little tricky with the weirdly obsessive amounts of meat that most Christmas tables find themselves amongst. And while there is never a shortage of Potatoes & Carrots, I like to mix a few greens, a good chunk of nuts and some fresh colour variety in there too. This means, my Salad game around Christmas time starts to get a little obsessive to say the least...

This recipe has been lurking around my family BBQ tables since I can remember. It started out as 'Mum's weird Brown Rice thing' back before Brown Rice was... trending (Is it trending?!) and I looked at it like most 80's kids did to anything that looked remotely colourful but NOW? Well, this delicious Brown Rice Salad is my absolute Go-To. I can't go to a BBQ or party without it and I never ever leave without sharing the recipe with at least one eager customer...

We sat down with the founder & designer behind Luna & Rose who recently had her first bubba Pepe in 2021. While attempting to slow down her business while she took some time off to enjoy the early weeks & months of Motherhood, her business had different ideas.... Things were on the rise. Sage Sticks. Smudge Sticks. Smudgies. If you're like us, you had never heard of such a thing until, well mid 2020, global pandemic & the world was searching for inner peace and exploring home rituals as a way to connect with both themselves and to create a sense of calm within their space.

Fast forward two years and here we are, turning sage sticks into a new dreamy shade of our everyday Linen wear! Quite an inspiration the old Sage huh? 

To put it simply, they’re basically the same suburb only their split by ‘THE SHORTCUT’.  

What’s the big deal you might say? There isn’t one really….. (Depending on who you talk to… and how many times they’ve had to ‘Cross the cut’ that day) but to fully enjoy your time on holiday, the least amount of moving around would be ideal, at least in Canggu anyway.

Creamy, chewy, healthy and yep you guessed it - DELICIOUS this Choc Cashew Slice is on high rotation in my freezer and a close runner up to my all-time-fave Snickers Slice that I shared earlier this month. 

This Cashew based slice is so ridiculously easy to make, not to mention healthy, it's hard to pass up. I love having it on hand in the freezer for, well, myself but also a nice little treat when friends pop over. So, what are you waiting for? Time to get baking and find out why I'm raving on about it!
